About Myself
Since 2016, I have been working as a family law attorney, as well as Protection from Domestic Violence Act and custody cases and maintenance, both in the country and abroad. I deal with property and employment disputes, as well as proceedings for obtaining Bulgarian citizenship and status. I have experience in Labour Code cases, claims for non-pecuniary damages and assisting foreign nationals in acquiring non-durable property in the country or in Greece.
From 2019 - 2022 I have participated in the following projects:
"Let's be tolerant and play sport together", aimed at developing
tolerance of young people in school environments and eliminating violence,
funded by Sofia Municipality and held at Sofia Vocational High School
"Knyaginya Evdokia".
In 2022, I was part of a legal team advising women from Roma
communities in Southwest Bulgaria and Sofia region to the project "Realize in Time",
funded by the King Bowdoin Foundation and the Fund for Women and Children Survivors of Violence
to the Bcause Foundation in Aid of Charity

In 2022 to date, I have been advocate in 6 court proceedings under the
PIPEDA and SC, targeting low income women for legal aid and
assistance. The program is funded by the "Bcause Foundation" in aid of the
Charity.
From 2019 to the present, I have participated in various initiatives targeting
aimed at eliminating violence against women.
In 2021-2022, I took part in
a documentary at the invitation of the 'OUT' team, focusing on the 'Covid 19' virus and
its impact on socially vulnerable groups such as children and women victims of
domestic violence.
In 2022, I took part in the training at the Summer School on Private International and Comparative Law at the Salzburg University of Law.
